SimpleIndex

SimpleIndex is designed to provide the robust OCR and barcode recognition functionality you get in high-end imaging applications in software that's scaled for small offices and departments. SimpleIndex's 1-click interface makes it the simplest way to perform complex automated indexing tasks. Works with any TWAIN or ISIS scanner, as well as any existing file on your computer (office documents, PDF files, etc.).

SimpleCoverSheet

SimpleCoversheet is a barcode printing application used to create coversheets for automating the indexing process during scanning. This allows the users who generate documents to provide the index information, taking it out of the hands of scanner operators who may not be familiar with the files. Barcodes are recognized with near 100% accuracy, allowing you to fully automate the indexing process.

SimpleSend

Distributed Document Capture is enabled with SimpleSend. SimpleSend securely transfers images and index information via FTP, WebDAV or e-mail. SimpleSend can be configured to run automatically at the end of a SimpleIndex batch, or scheduled to run at night when network traffic is minimal. The e-mail function in SimpleIndex is also enabled with SimpleSend.

SimpleQC

SimpleQC is an image thumbnail viewer designed to quickly view and scroll through large numbers of images for quality control purposes. SimpleQC can be launched at the end of a SimpleIndex batch to review the images you just processed, or it can run on a standalone quality control workstation. View, rotate, despeckle, deskew, rescan or delete images from your scanned documents with SimpleQC.

SimpleQB

SimpleQB provides a direct integration between QuickBooks accounting software and SimpleIndex. SimpleQB adds a SimpleIndex scanning menu to QuickBooks. When a QuickBooks transaction is open, files processed with SimpleIndex are automatically indexed using the current transaction ID (Invoice, PO number, etc.) and customer or vendor. Find and view these files in SimpleIndex using the same 1-click method.

SimpleOCR

SimpleOCR is the only freeware OCR application and royalty-free OCR SDK available. SimpleOCR provides surprisingly accurate results and can save you big bucks on royalties if your application does not require high accuracy on complex or poor quality documents.
